Fashion: OOTD - Day 25 - Comfy and Casual

This was an OOTD that I wrote on Friday last week (but didn't have time to upload) until today. Also, There won't be a Monday OOTD as I didn't go anywhere an just worked from home; but the Tuesday one will be up later today!!!

Today I have a lot of walking around to do as I have to go back and forward to college multiple times. Therefore, I wanted an outfit that was simple but cute and kept me warm whilst walking - so I went for a classic sweater, skinny jeans and daps combo.

I started with my favourite sweatshirt - this grey one from Bristol University (gift) and paired it with white skinny jeans (H&M, £10 on sale). Then to finish it off, I added these tropical print slip on daps to add a fun twist (Primark, £4).

Then for jewellery, I wore my usual fatima  hand necklace and I ties back my fringe to keep it out the face and left it in my curls for dancing. For makeup, I wore a nude shimmery eyeshadow (Urban Decay sidecar from the Naked 1 palette) and black winged liner. To finish it off, I wore a statement matte dark red lip (Rimmel Apocalips velvet matte in Meteoric).

This outfit was so comfy and for me the fact was that it is simple but cute and therefore is great for wearing to walk around college and run errands all day!

Fashion: OOTD - Day 24 - Dressing it Down.

I really wanted to wear my green formal skater dress today - but I felt it's a bit too formal for college; and the weather isn't the warmest! Therefore, I created this outfit by dressing down this classic skater dress to create an outfit perfect for college.

I started with this dark green skater dress (Primark, £8) and black wool tights (Asda, £4) to create an autumnal base for the outfit. I then dressed it down with my denim jacket (Matalan a long time ago!) and my Star Wars Vans (£36.99, Vans Outlet Store) to make it comfy and more casual for college.

For my jewellery, I just wore my Fatima hand necklace from Marrakesh, and I left my hair in it's curls for carnival tonight and tied back my fringe into a half-up ponytail. Finally, I kept my makeup simple with just a shimmer copper eyeshadow (Urban Decay Toasted from the Naked 1 palette), black winged liner, mascara and a fun hot pink lip (Essence Oh my blush!) to finish off the look.

I love my dresses, but most of them are too formal for day to day use. I love to create looks like this and dress them down so I can feel comfortable wearing them all the time and not just for formal events!

Fashion: OOTD - Day 23 - Monochrome Classics

Today I found this skirt in my wardrobe when looking for something to wear and remembered how much I loved it - so wanted to wear it and created this outfit around it.

I wore this dogtooth monochrome skirt (gifted) with this black crop top (Primark, £4) and black tights (Primark, £3) to create an outfit that is fun, cute and comfy for Autumn. Then to keep warm, I paired it with this oversize white cardigan (£12, Primark) and finished it off with my star wars vans (£36.99, Vans Outlet) for comfort.

For hair, I had it curled ready for Carnival so I just left it down and pinned up my fringe, and for jewellery I wore my Fatima hand necklace. Finally for makeup, I wore a light shimmery eyeshadow (Urban Decay Sin and Virgin from the Naked 1 palette) with black winged liner and a darker purple lip (Collection lipstick in blackberry fool).

This outfit is a classic combination of a crop top, skirt and cardigan that I love to wear all the time and it is really easy to just throw on and immediatley look good all the time!!!

Fashion: OOTM Look Back

With my OOTD posts being the most popular posts on my blog; I thought each month I'd do a look back of all my OOTDs from the month in one post! (click on the day titles to visit the full blog post!).

This is the first ever outfit on my blog and I love the unique combination of the midi skirt and combat boots!!!

This outfit is great as it reminds me of the sunny September days right at the start of the college year.

This outfit I loved as it was one of those I quickly threw together and it worked out so well in the end!!!

I was so excited with this outfit as it was the perfect opportunity to create an outfit with the awesome new clothes I'd just bought!

With this outfit it was a great opportunity to show of more of the new items I had bought and show off a couple of my favourite classic films!

I love this dress so I was really excited with how this outfit came together when it was finished!!!

I love this outfit as it was the first time this autumn that it was colder weather and I could finally style my favourite leopard print coat!

I love festival fashion; so when I managed to create an Autumn take on this style, I was hooked!

I love this style as I am a huge fan of sporty clothes as they're so comfy yet easy to style

Whenever I can style a summer piece for the cooler autumn months, I will. So when I managed it with these trousers and crop top I was so excited!!!

I love fun and cute images on clothing, so when I discovered this jumper I just had to have it and style it!

White jeans are infamously different to style so I was really happy to create this outfit so I can wear my favourite white jeans.

Whenever I get the opportunity to show off my favourite fandoms in my clothes I do; as you can see in this outfit!

This outfit was another example of how you can style summer clothing items any time of the year.

I always love any outfit that is simple, comfy and casual but still looks cute - like this outfit!

I love bright colours and fun prints - hence the fact I always try to style them when I can (such as this outfit).

I love this skirt as it is just so versatile to create such as variety of casual and formal looks like this one.

Any time I don't know what to wear I can always rely on a jumper, jeans and hi tops to look cute!

I love the colours and styles of the autumn season and was so excite to wear them again with this outfit.

I always love to wear a jumper and shirt combo; and the colours in this outfit were perfect for me.
